Grandview is not a big area....and already congested so I don't see how it would happen but I'll keep my fingers crossed! My friends and I think the perfect location for a big blue box is just west of the 270 outerbelt on RT. 33 just west of Dublin. I grew up 5 minutes from Grandview Heights and currently live about 20 minutes from there……I have yet to here or see any rumors in the local papers about an IKEA.
