While I would love to see IKEA move in next door, I know COSTCO is already slated to move in. The remaining areas they are looking to develop as the upper class part of Polaris. Doesn't seem like that leaves much room for IKEA. I hope that I am wrong though, because that would put IKEA within walking distance. I think that Ikea should look into that area of Columbus. It is close to Cincy, and towns down there, including Circleville and Portsmith, Ohio.
